Endgame
The pawn is the smallest piece on the board. It cannot go back. It moves one square at a time. And if it reaches the other side, it can become anything.

Manifesto
You don’t need permission to build. I learned that at eleven. Nothing since has convinced me otherwise.
Insiders build better. Outsiders build what they think a market needs. I build from what I have lived. That is my unfair advantage, and I intend to use it.
Crazy is a compliment. Every idea worth anything sounded ridiculous before it worked. The people I admire were called mad and did it anyway. If no one thinks you’re crazy, you’re not aiming high enough.
Failure doesn’t exist. Only learning does. Everything that didn’t work taught me how to build the next thing. The only real failure is never having tried.
Build, don’t talk. No endless strategy sessions. No decks for the sake of decks. Ship, learn, ship again.
Simple wins. If you need an advisor to understand the product, the product failed.
Money follows value. I have never built anything for the money. Build something that genuinely matters to people, and the rest takes care of itself.
Hunger is not a flaw. I want more. More impact, more scale, more of what didn’t exist yesterday. I have never seen a reason to apologise for that.
Tax and legal is where I start, not where I stop. It is the industry I know best, so it is the first one I am rebuilding. It won’t be the last.
Ten years from now, I want people to say we were crazy, and right.
